I. Classification by Product Function:
1. Non-flame-retardant long-distance conveying type
It is suitable for conveying materials over long spans and distances. Its advantages include minimal elongation, uniform tension, smooth operation, resistance to misalignment, excellent wear resistance, low requirements for the site environment, and easy replacement. For medium- and long-distance material handling, it is widely used in industries such as mining, ports, power generation, metallurgy, construction, and chemical engineering.

2. Underground flame-retardant type (compliant with standard MT669-1997)
Specifically designed for main roadways and main inclined shafts in coal mines, it offers high‑standard safety performance, with flame‑retardant properties and self‑extinguishing characteristics, effectively preventing fire incidents and the spread of flames. It is ideally suited for coal‑mine environments characterized by high gas concentrations, high coal dust levels, and a high risk of flammability and explosiveness.

II. Classification by Framework Material
1. Steel bar type
The carcass material consists of a double-layer, cross‑woven polyester fabric with high‑strength rubber and highly elastic steel strips sandwiched between the layers to form a rigid core. It is characterized by exceptional structural rigidity, capable of carrying both materials and personnel, with superior load‑bearing capacity, making it ideal for long‑distance transport of heavy loads.

2. Steel mesh type
The carcass material consists of a tear‑resistant steel mesh, woven with polyester cords in the longitudinal direction and copper‑plated steel wires in the transverse direction, sandwiched between high‑strength rubber layers that serve as a rigid core. It features excellent tear resistance, superior groove‑forming performance, light weight, long single‑roll lengths, and a short production cycle.
