R&D capability

The Company’s Technology R&D Department undertakes functions such as technological innovation, product development, the commercialization of major scientific and technological achievements, external technical exchanges, and talent cultivation, serving as a key platform for the company’s technological advancement. The department’s laboratories are equipped with numerous sets of cutting-edge domestic and international R&D, pilot‑scale production, and testing equipment. Its product portfolio encompasses steel‑cable belts (wire‑rope‑driven conveyor belts) and a wide range of innovative specialty conveyor belts, rubber hose series, aerospace‑grade rubber products, military‑industrial rubber products, port‑related rubber products, and more, while also possessing robust capabilities in the design of non‑standard‑specification products.

The company places great emphasis on product quality, technological R&D, and market development, investing substantial resources in research and product innovation. It continuously secures numerous patents and breakthroughs, setting new industry standards and strengthening its brand. Through partnerships in product collaboration, technical services, and consulting, the company works closely with leading domestic research institutes and universities, engages top-tier technical advisors from both China and abroad to drive R&D, and further elevates its product‑development capabilities by co‑developing solutions and adopting cutting‑edge technologies, thereby expanding into new market segments.

In product structural design, we utilize design‑assistance software such as AutoCAD, Pro/E, ANSYS, and SPSS to perform product structural modeling, stress–strain analysis, and statistical analysis.

The company operates small-scale and pilot‑scale laboratories, equipped with R&D‑grade internal mixers and vulcanizers to control the initial properties of products. It also features a range of rubber‑processing and characterization instruments, including a rubber sheeting and cutting machine, a Mooney viscometer, an automated rotorless rheometer, a dispersion analyzer, a dynamic fatigue tester for rubber, a tensile testing machine, an ozone‑resistance tester, and a Fourier‑transform infrared spectrometer, thereby supporting product formulation development. In addition, specialized equipment such as a roller‑friction tester and a combustion tester is available for rubber‑product development. Together, these advanced facilities—both hardware and software—ensure the effectiveness and reliability of product development, meeting all R&D requirements.
