Applications: Suitable for conveying bulky, granular, and powdery flammable materials over medium to long distances in underground mines, featuring excellent flame-retardant and antistatic properties; ideal for use in power plants, terminals, ports, and coal yards.
Features: impact resistance, high bond strength, excellent flexibility, lightweight, stable tension, high flow rate, thin profile, suitable for long-distance transportation, and large roll‑off spacing.
Energy‑saving conveyor belts, also known as low‑rolling‑resistance belts, are designed to reduce energy consumption in conveying systems. Since the physical properties of these belts are closely linked to the rubber materials used in their manufacture, the primary objective is to minimize rotational resistance at the belt’s grooves while reducing hysteresis‑induced heat (mechanical loss tangent), lowering the rubber’s coefficient of friction, and enhancing its elasticity. These measures collectively decrease the electrical energy consumed during belt operation, achieving an energy‑saving effect of 10–20%.
This tear-resistant mesh is constructed by interweaving polyester or nylon‑impregnated yarns in a twill weave, offering excellent impact resistance, lightweight construction, low cost, relative structural stability, high bonding strength, and superior channeling performance.
Characteristics: The oil-resistant conveyor belt is made primarily of nitrile rubber. It offers excellent oil resistance and is suitable for conveying oil‑containing materials, as well as applications involving oily substances or chemical solvents. Our three‑dimensional products feature low volumetric change and high strength retention.
Features The Yi Qiao brand cold‑resistant conveyor belt is specifically designed for conveying applications in frozen warehouses or in outdoor cold‑climate environments. It maintains normal performance even at temperatures as low as –60°C.
Features low elongation, excellent impact resistance, superior tear resistance, low rolling resistance, and high adhesive strength.
The most widely used passive belt‑protection system consists of an inductive coil paired with external transmitter and receiver units. If a foreign object penetrates the belt and becomes lodged within the conveyor structure, it can tear the belt. When such an object interrupts the inductive circuit, the coil ceases to transmit a signal, and the receiver, unable to detect it, shuts down the conveyor drive. Additionally, when operating beyond its rated capacity, the sensor triggers an alarm and activates the emergency braking system, enabling early detection of potential incidents and minimizing losses.
Applications It exhibits excellent resistance to abrasion and tear, making it suitable for use in industries such as metallurgy, building materials, and chemical processing—for conveying materials like sintered ore, coke, cement clinker, dried cement, and lime.
Application The ship loader cover belt consists of transversely arranged high‑elastic steel strips, filler rubber, impregnated canvas, and upper and lower cover rubber. It is installed over the conveyor belt of port ship loaders to provide protection against rain and snow and to prevent contamination, and is widely used on bulk‑material ship loaders at port terminals.
Applications: Suitable for conveying materials on steep inclines, capable of handling a maximum incline angle of 90°.
It is suitable for vertical lifting of materials and serves as a key load-bearing component of bucket elevators. It is widely used for the vertical conveying of powdered or granular materials in industries such as building materials, mining, chemical and light industry, fertilizer production, and power generation.
