Polyester (fabric-core) conveyor belt
Applications: Medium- and long-distance material conveying, used in industries such as mining, port operations, power generation, metallurgy, construction, and chemical processing.
Nylon (fabric-core) conveyor belt
Applications: Medium- and long-distance material conveying, used in industries such as mining, port operations, power generation, metallurgy, construction, and chemical processing.
Applications Suitable for conveying bulk materials in high‑intensity, long‑distance, high‑capacity applications. In special cases, it can also be used for high‑intensity, short‑distance conveying.
Applications Aramid conveyor belts combine high strength with lightweight construction, offering flame‑retardant and cut‑resistant properties. They are suitable for a wide range of material‑handling applications, particularly in long‑distance transport and harsh environmental conditions.
Fabric-core tubular conveyor belt
Applications: Short- and medium-distance, enclosed, environmentally friendly conveying of bulk materials.
Induction coil conveyor belt
The most widely used passive belt‑protection system consists of an inductive coil paired with external transmitter and receiver units. If a foreign object penetrates the belt and becomes lodged within the conveyor structure, it can tear the belt. When such an object interrupts the inductive circuit, the coil ceases to transmit a signal, and the receiver, unable to detect it, shuts down the conveyor drive. Additionally, when operating beyond its rated capacity, the sensor triggers an alarm and activates the emergency braking system, enabling early detection of potential incidents and minimizing losses.

Product Overview
Characteristics
The most widely used passive belt‑protection system consists of an inductive coil paired with external transmitter and receiver units. If a foreign object penetrates the belt and becomes lodged in the conveyor structure, it can tear the belt. When such an object interrupts the inductive circuit, the coil ceases to transmit a signal, and the receiver, unable to detect it, shuts down the conveyor drive. Upon exceeding preset thresholds, the sensor triggers an alarm and activates the emergency braking system, enabling early detection of malfunctions and minimizing losses.
Technical Recommendations for Induction Coil Installation
1. To protect the induction coil, the thickness of the covering rubber must be greater than 6.0 mm.
2. The induction coil can be embedded in both the top and bottom cover rubber of steel‑wire‑rope conveyor belts and layered‑belt conveyor belts.
3. The optimal spacing between induction coils is 50 m to 150 m.
4. There are two inductive coils for different applications, one for standard‑type belts and the other for flame‑retardant‑type belts. The standard‑type coil requires a conventional adhesive, while the flame‑retardant‑type coil requires a flame‑retardant adhesive.
5. Before selecting an inductive conveyor belt, please provide detailed specifications; we will offer you the most appropriate recommendation.

Specifically designed for underground coal mines, it has passed the German DIN 14973‑C2 test and boasts exceptionally high safety performance.
Embedded Sensor Loops: Inductive loops embedded within the belt
